    Sylwia is an experienced speech therapist, Small Talk co-owner, and new mom. She recently relocated from Philadelphia to Baltimore where she supports little ones ages birth to four on their communication journeys and provides caregiver and family education and support. Sylwia focuses on authentic communication skills and building connection through play, natural routines, and child-led activities. Sylwia has extensive experience in the areas of gestalt language processing, musical speech therapy, augmentative and alternative communication, parent and caregiver coaching, child-led therapy, neurodiversity affirming practice, and more! In a session with Sylwia, you can expect her to prioritize connection and fun, meet the child where they are, and support the caregiver to facilitate communication skills.

    Bridget is a seasoned speech pathologist and Small Talk co-owner dedicated to providing connection-based care. She is a mom of a young toddler, with another on the way, who strives to treat your family like an extension of her own! Bridget is passionate about collaborating with family members and other team members about neurodiversity affirming practices and total communication through a sensory-trained lens. Bridget has done extensive training in the areas of attachment, sensory regulation, gestalt language processing, musical speech therapy, Augmentative and Alternative Communication, neurodiversity affirming practice and more! In a session with Bridget, you can expect lots of smiles, laughing, and movement while we progress towards your child’s goals!

    Allison is an experienced speech pathologist, mom, and co-owner of Small Talk! She is a progressive clinician who puts connection and trust at the forefront of every interaction. Her niche includes gestalt language processing, speech-generating devices, and executive functioning. Allison has done extensive training in the areas of attachment, following the lead, natural language acquisition, musical speech therapy, Augmentative and Alternative Communication, neurodiversity affirming practice and more! Allison is proud to join families on their communication journey! In a session with Allison, you can expect her to value your child’s interests, with language opportunities naturally embedded throughout.

  • Speech Language Pathologist

    Kristen is a Pennsylvania State Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. Kristen received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Science and Disorders from the University of Pittsburgh with a minor in Linguistics and Certificate in American Sign Language. She received her Master of Science in Speech and Language Pathology from Temple University. Since 2020, Kristen has worked with children ages 3-6 throughout Delaware County in the areas of expressive and receptive language, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), speech sound disorders, social-emotional development, and ASD. Kristen strives to provide individualized strength-based treatment for each child to reach their speech and language goals. Kristen is a neurodiversity-affirming therapist with a child-led approach. Kristen is currently acquiring training in Natural Language Acquisition (NLA) and Gestalt Language Processing through the Meaningful Speech course. Kristen maintains a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).disorders, social-emotional development, and ASD. Kristen strives to provide individualized strength-based treatment for each child to reach their speech and language goals. Kristen is a neurodiversity-affirming therapist with a child-led approach. Kristen is currently acquiring training in Natural Language Acquisition (NLA) and Gestalt Language Processing through the Meaningful Speech course. Molly’s role with Small Talk allows her to combine her passion for working with kids—shaped by her experiences with her own nieces and nephews—with her commitment to making language and education more accessible for all learners. Molly strives to create engaging, tailored experiences that promote both cognitive development and communication skills when running language playgroups. Her neurodiversity-affirming approach ensures that each child's unique needs are met with empathy and creativity. Through these interactive sessions, Molly aims to instill a love for learning.
